About Us
Who are we?
Kříž Milosti is a new church plant in Prague, affiliated with Sovereign Grace Churches—a global family of churches passionate about the gospel, sound doctrine, and healthy local church life. We are a group of people the Lord has brought together through the Gospel of Jesus Christ in order to bring glory to himself through their salvation.
We now Join Jesus in his mission to bring the nations to the obedience of faith
and to faith in him. We primarily do this through our gatherings, which are rooted
in biblical teaching, joyful worship, prayer, and meaningful relationships. We
believe that the local church is God’s chosen means to make disciples and
display His glory to the world.
What do we believe?
Jesus Christ lived, died, and rose again to redeem sinners and bring us to God.
Jesus at the center
We preach Christ crucified and risen. Our songs, prayers, and sermons point to him and his finished work.
Grace for all
We are saved by grace through faith, not by our works. Anyone who turns to Jesus is welcomed into his family.
Good news for everyday life
The gospel shapes how we live, love, and serve in Prague. It brings hope into work, home, and relationships.
God’s Word is true, sufficient, and our authority in all of life.
Scripture is our authority
The Old and New Testaments are the Word of God. The Bible is our final guide for what we believe and how we live.
Clear, practical teaching
Each week we open the Bible and teach through passages with clear application for today.
The Word in community
We study the Bible together in small settings, pray the Word, and teach it to our children.
We are called to love one another and reach the world with the hope of Christ.
Family on mission
We are a diverse community that loves and serves one another. We share lunch after Sunday worship and care for practical needs.
Sent to our city
We aim to make disciples in Prague, starting with our neighbors near Ládví. We invite friends, pray for our city, and share the hope of Jesus.
Rooted and connected
We depend on the Holy Spirit and partner with like‑minded churches, including Sovereign Grace Churches. We celebrate the Lord’s Supper weekly as a sign of our unity in Christ.

We believe that pastors serve the church by leading. We also believe in a plurality of elders/pastors leading our church. As more pastors are raised up, we will add them here.
Vince Corpus
Lead PastorVince is an American who has been living in Prague for a few years. He has been in pastoral ministry since 2011, serving in a couple of churches. He studied at Tilley College own Motherwell Scotland, and the Sovereign Grace Pastors College in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. He was ordained with Sovereign Grace Churches in 2019, and moved to Prague in 2022 with his family to plant Kříž Milosti. He likes Czech beer, running, board games, theology, preaching, and trying new leaders. He also loves working with his hands, and outdoors stuff - hiking, skiing, biking, and other fun stuff. Be sure to stop by and say hi on a Sunday morning after the service!
